After being diagnosed with a partially torn meniscus, I was introduced to Osteo Bio Complex. After one bottle the pain in my knee was gone. After two bottles, I was able to flex my knee fluently. Before,I wasn't able to kneel down and get up without holding onto something to help me push myself up. Now I can kneel down and pop right up freely and without pain!! I had read about Research on the benefits of Olive Leaf Extract for Overall Health and particularly for Bone Growth. Capsules contain Oleuropein derived from olive leaves, which I was looking for and would have considered buying it for just that. Delighted to find out the formula contains other nutrients and vitamins plus minerals to make it a perfect combination. Glad it was formulated by a holistic doctor. I have been taking 2 capsules per day and feel great overall and especially for reducing my arthritis pain. Happy to know it is fighting to keep me away from Osteoporosis.So happy to find this product.
